Trailer distribution


The traditional way to advertise trailers is in the cinemas and on television, however this can be difficult for smaller budget films as to advertise trailers on these forms of distribution can be very expensive and only available to high budget films.
However another low budget form of distributing a trailer and gaining viewers is the internet which is becoming extremely popular way to share information. An example of how a film has been marketed using the internet is the low budget film paranormal activity , the paranormal activity trailer was spread virally to attract viewer attention before being released into cinemas.
